Minju Kim, Ph.D., LMHC, is an Assistant Professor at California State University, Bakersfield. She is a counselor educator, clinician, and researcher with interests in culturally responsive counseling, counselor development, clinical supervision, and the psychological experiences of Asian American and other diverse populations. Her scholarly work focuses on impostor phenomenon, differentiation of self, and well-being. In addition to her academic work, she maintains a private counseling practice, where she works primarily with immigrant clients on issues related to identity, self-esteem, acculturation, and family dynamics.
