Olivia Fadul, M.S., LPCC (NM), CPC (NV), NCC, is a professional counselor licensed in Nevada and New Mexico, as well as a trainer and presenter with more than 15 years of mental health experience. She began her career in inpatient substance use disorder treatment and later worked in community-based and residential settings, with system-impacted youth, and finally in tele–mental health practice. She is an integrative existential-humanistic practitioner whose work centers disability justice and disability and neurodivergent-affirming counseling, with attention to spirituality, meaning-making, and intersectional inclusion within immigrant and other historically marginalized communities. Additional clinical areas of focus include anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders.

As a community-engaged researcher, Fadul’s scholarship explores disability justice, spirituality, equity, inclusion, access, and power in counseling, counselor education, and supervision. Her current work examines the lived experiences of women with disabilities; spirituality, spiritual struggle, and meaning-making; and inclusive approaches to teaching and supervision that strengthen access, participation, and belonging across intersecting identities. She translates relational and disability-informed frameworks and enjoys creating resources she can use with her clients.
